  • Knowledge of accounting software is required. 
  • Pay based on experience.
  • Bookkeeping duties include: Creating and maintaining vendor and customer records; Invoicing, accounts payable, time-tracking; payroll; deposits, reconciliations.
  • Office Management duties include: Answering phones and emails, scheduling service calls, general office procedures.
